San Antonio Spurs beloved Matt Bonner has gotten little Tommy in some hot water here in San Antonio. Middle schooler Patrick Gonzalez loves his Spurs and the Red Rocket so much he decided to get his likeness cut into his hair. Unfortunately that’s against Woodlake Hills Middle School policy.
If Gonzalez comes to school on Thursday without fixing the haircut he’ll have to take in an in-school suspension.
“There was no permission that was given if the parent thought that then it was a miscommunication,” said Aubrey Chancellor, Judson I.S.D. District officials say the haircut is a distraction. “Whether it’s the spurs or whether it’s the cowboys anything people obviously support, it doesn’t matter.”
Will fellow ginger Matt Bonner speak up and stand up for little Tommy?
